Faction
Holy Britannian Empire
神聖ブリタニア帝国
An imperial monarchy built on conquest and social Darwinism, ruling Areas from Pendragon.
Also known as Britannia
Britannia is an imperial monarchy that has absorbed much of the world, reorganising conquered nations into numbered Areas. Its court combines aristocratic rivalry, military command and a doctrine of social Darwinism.
The empire is not a faceless villain: Charles, Schneizel, Euphemia and the Purist faction disagree sharply about what Britannia should be, and those disagreements drive the season's politics.
