Yu Zhong, the reincarnation of the Black Dragon, intends to unify the Cadia Riverlands through conquest and usher in an era of prosperity. Yu Zhong, the conqueror born from the Black Dragon's power, sought to break the seal on the Reverse Scale hidden within the Dragon Altar and forge a new future for the Cadia Riverlands. However, he was defeated by his senior brother, Baxia, and left to die in the mountains. After ten years of arduous training and travel, Yu Zhong found himself back at the Dragon Altar. He faced off against the Oriental Fighters, broke the seal to Reverse Scale, and clashed in a final battle with the Evil God, Lieh, who caused the demise of the previous Black Dragon. Ultimately, with the help of his dear friend Wanwan, Yu Zhong regained his true self and emerged victorious. Now with the Black Dragon's Reverse Scale restored, Yu Zhong sets off on his path of conquest.

Cursing TouchYu Zhong applies Sha Residue to enemy heroes each time he damages them. Sha Residue erupts upon reaching 5 stacks on a target. Then it begins consuming 1 stack every 0.4s to deal Physical Damage equal to 20 (+20% Extra Physical Attack) (+ 2.5% of target's ) to the target. Each stack consumed recovers 6% of Yu Zhong's . Yu Zhong also gains 30% Movement Speed for 3s.
Dragon TailYu Zhong infuses his power into his cloak and turns it into a weapon, which starts to attack nearby enemies after a short delay. The inner area of the cloak deals 220 (+100% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage, whereas the sharpened edge deals 275% damage and applies 2 stacks of Sha Residue.
Soul GripYu Zhong unleashes the Dragon Soul, dealing 150 (+120% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to all enemies in front and slowing them by 60% for 1s. Upon hitting an enemy, Yu Zhong's next Basic Attack will be enhanced, dealing 108 (+100% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. Upon hitting multiple enemies, the enhanced Basic Attack will apply multiple stacks of Sha Residue and deal up to 200% damage.
Furious DiveYu Zhong leaps towards the designated area with his full strength, dealing 180 (+90% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage. He is able to dash one more time in the movement direction. After a short delay, enemies within the area of effect will be knocked airborne for 0.6s and take 180 (+90% Extra Physical Attack) additional Physical Damage.
Black Dragon FormAfter channeling for 0.6s, Yu Zhong transforms into his Black Dragon Form. For up to 7s, he cannot use other skills but can move freely and will knock back enemy heroes in his path while dealing 180 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage. He also gains 1000 (+200% Extra Physical Attack) , becomes immune to control effects, and ignores obstacles in this form. Upon exiting the Black Dragon Form, Yu Zhong enters Dragonoid Form, gaining increased range on all of his skills for 10s.
Counter / cooperate relationship
Yu Zhong counters squishy Fighter heroes such as Aulus and Zilong, because they can't easily dodge Yu Zhong's skills and have a hard time with him in the early game.
Yu Zhong is countered by nimble Marksman heroes such as Lesley and Karrie, since it's hard for Yu Zhong to land his skills, making him a vulnerable and easy target.

Official combos
In teamfights, open with Yu Zhong's Ultimate and run into the enemy's formation while knocking them around. When the enemy's backline heroes are exposed, use his Ultimate again to enter Dragonoid Form, and unleash his combo starting with his 2nd Skill then 3rd Skill, then 1st Skill to deal tons of damage. Finally, use the enhanced Basic Attack from his 2nd Skill to finish off the enemy.
In the laning phase, use Yu Zhong's 2nd Skill to slow the enemy and leap on them using his 3rd Skill. When repositioning with the dash of his 3rd Skill, cast his 1st Skill to hit the enemy with the outer edge, and follow up with the enhanced Basic Attack from his 2nd Skill and finish the combo with a Sha Residue eruption.
